SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern SMS text messaging between Legend Remodeling & Improvement and our customers. By providing your phone number, you agree to these terms.

Legend Remodeling & Improvement offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their remodeling projects, estimates, appointments, and related services. Important: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Legend Remodeling & Improvement. You may request a free estimate, schedule a consultation, and hire us for remodeling services without consenting to SMS communications — simply let us know your preferred method of contact when you reach out.

We do not send promotional or marketing broadcast messages. All SMS messages from Legend Remodeling & Improvement are related to your specific project, estimate, or inquiry.

Message frequency may vary. The number of SMS messages you receive depends on your interaction with us:

  • During the estimate and quoting phase, you may receive a few messages related to scheduling and follow-up
  • During an active remodeling project, you may receive more frequent messages with progress updates, scheduling information, and coordination communications
  • Outside of an active project, you will receive minimal or no messages unless you contact us first

We respect your time and inbox — we only message you when there is something meaningful to communicate about your project or inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages sent and received. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and your service plan. Legend Remodeling & Improvement is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS messages. Please check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan's text messaging rates.

6. How to Opt Out — Reply STOP

You may opt out of SMS messages from Legend Remodeling & Improvement at any time. To unsubscribe:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us

After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will not receive any further SMS messages from us unless and until you re-initiate contact with us (for example, by submitting a new form, calling us, or texting us again). Our SMS program supports messages to major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other major and regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
